ARMAN ÖZVER

Arman Özver was born in Samsun in May 17,1958.  He completed  his primary level education in Istanbul and A level at English High School.  He has completed Istanbul Technical University as  Bsc. civil engineer and then had MBA in Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics. 

He started his Professional career with Enka Construction Co. As a civil engineer at Yeniköy Thermal Power Plant, Muğla.  After completing his military service in 1987, he worked for the ‘’Moda Interceptor Tunnel’’ project as the site manager of Yöntaş Inc. partner of the J.V. with Torno Spa.  In 1987 he joined Kemer Yapı ve Turizm Inc. for the ‘’Kemer Country’’ project as the assistant construction manager.  In 1989 he was assigned as the Sales & Marketing manager. After four years, he was positioned project manager of the new phases of Kemer Country (Yalı Konaklar & Lale Kasrı) as the project manager.  Finally, he was in charge of a niche project called Kemer Country 2, which simply was zoning and acquisition of the neighbourhood plots as the extensions of the main project.

In 1998, he was recruited by Uzel Holdings, as the general manager of a group company, Uzel Real Estate Development Co.  Until 2002 he was in charge of two more companies such as Uzel Realty Co. and Uzel Rapid Systems Co. During this period, he conducted several real estate projects (Turkey, Russia, France), established Century 21 - Turkey and managed  L’Ambiance Hotel  & Xuma Beach Club at Bodrum. 

Between the years of 2002-2010 , he has managed and consulted several real estate projects on behalf of Ar & El Ltd. as the managing owner.  In 2010, he worked as the general manager of Sotheby’s International Realty Turkey which was a Hitay Holdings enterprise. 

Since 2010, he is more focused on consulting local and foreign investors for issues like land development, sales & marketing, acquisitions, zoning with his current network in Turkey, Europe and GCC. 

 Arman Özver is married to Elif Özver since 1994 and has two children, Öykü & Alp.
